Rowdy is a full time spokesperson and competitive swimmer for The LIMU Company. He travels the world sharing the power of commitment and belief in oneself. As a world record-breaking masters swimmer, Rowdy relies on LIMU products for training, competition, recovery and overall health. LIMU and Rowdy are passionate about swimming and giving back to children, so they created Rowdy’s Kidz early on, part of the LIMU GIVES initiative. With LIMU’s support, Rowdy travels to schools, swimming pools and kids’ turf anywhere. He holds free swim clinics and encourages children to follow their dreams and become true champions.
Rowdy sleeps six to seven hours a night and never takes naps. He isn’t a fanatic about food, but he eats lots of fruit and vegetables and tons of protein.
